Where duplicate accounts are identified, juan365.ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances may be returned to the verified payment source at the Company's discretion following investigation.

The minimum deposit amount on juan365.ph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for understanding the limits applicable to their chosen payment method.
Withdrawal requests submitted to juan365.ph are processed within one (1) business day of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within 15 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
juan365.ph does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your name, and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that are verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
All transactions on the juan365.ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
juan365.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your juan365.ph account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period, after which any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
juan365.ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
The juan365.ph Rewards Program allows players to accumulate loyalty points on qualifying wagers. Points accumulation rates, tier thresholds, and redemption terms are governed by the Rewards Program terms available on the Rewards page. juan365.ph reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time with reasonable notice.
Each game available on the juan365.ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. juan365.ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the display of odds, juan365.ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
All bets placed on the juan365.ph Platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. juan365.ph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known, where odds were published in error, or where the Company suspects fraudulent activity.
Sports betting markets on juan365.ph cover a wide range of events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other sports popular among Filipino bettors. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In-play betting and cash-out features are subject to availability and the specific rules applicable to each market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan365.ph Platform:
juan365.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform; or (d) the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may request the closure of your juan365.ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any bonus balances will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and juan365.ph, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
